Council Groups
Museum and Director’s Council members are the AD&A Museum’s most committed supporters. Their contributions help to sustain the Museum’s programs. As such, they receive invitations for intimate events that provide behind-the-scenes experiences, introduce members to artists, architects and scholars and deepen their understanding of the histories behind our exhibitions.
Council members meet multiple times a year for a full day of exciting and interesting activities, in places such as Santa Barbara, Ojai, Los Angeles, or Palm Springs.

The Art, Design & Architecture Museum (AD&A Museum) is a teaching museum committed to the development of critical thinking and visual literacy through rotating installations of its permanent collections along with special exhibitions and programs. It is also a resource for the wider Santa Barbara community and supports the University's goals of education, research, and service. Gifts to the AD&A Museum help to fulfill the Museum's mission by supporting high priority programs.
