Face of a Nation: What Happened to the World's Fair,  Film Screening, with Director and Guests

Mina Chow investigates the controversy surrounding U.S. participation at World Fairs for the last 25 years. Film includes Jack Masey, Director of Design at the USIA; Frank Gehry, FAIA; Barton Myers, FAIA; and Barry Howard, Exhibition Designer.

“This urgently dispiriting but ultimately tender and optimistic film is a reminder of the days when [the U.S.] put our best face forward in the magnificent pavilions that were once the stars of World Fairs.” — Michael Sorkin
