While there is not a restaurant at the AD&A Museum, we are located on the Storke Plaza across from the UC Santa Barbara University Center, known on campus as the “UCen.” The UCen offers several options for dining, including a coffee bar, sandwich shop, pizza, salad, soups, Asian cuisine, a convenience store and an ATM machine. Please visit the UCen website to get further information about vendors, location and hours. In addition, there are tables and chairs at both the Storke Plaza and the UCen where one may consume food or drink brought to the AD&A Museum. Museum staff is also happy to direct you to the UC Santa Barbara lagoon located just a short walk from the AD&A Museum. At the lagoon, visitors will find a broad lawn ideal for picnicking while overlooking the water. (Note, food and drink are not permitted inside the AD&A Museum. Picnic lunches, coolers or any beverage or food items must be checked at the entrance desk when entering the Museum.

Where are facilities available for diaper changing?

The restrooms at the UCen are equipped with a changing table which museum visitors may use during the UCen’s operating hours. As the UCen may have limited opening hours during school breaks and university holidays, families are advised to check the UCen’s hours of operation before visiting the museum.
